Your Personal Junior Analyst

Level the playing field with the big institutions.

We've all been in trades that unexpectedly and suddenly move against us. We've all missed big moves that seem to have started for no apparent reason. Jigsaw's Market Intelligence (MI) turns these mortal trading enemies to your best friends.

Most traders understand that economic releases, sudden news, geopolitical events (like wars) and market maker activity can impact the markets. They just don't know how specific news really impacts their market.

Jigsaw is changing that. Every morning, we'll tell you what's happening in the world, how it will impact the market you trade, and how the day is likely to unfold. You'll know what and when the risks are, so you'll know what to look out for as the day unfolds. A true action plan.

So you can skip that economics degree because we break it down for you in plain English, with no fluff, jargon or six-syllable words.

Market Intelligence EDGE

Market Intelligence Edge provides professional daily briefings for all 21 major risk on/risk off futures instruments.

It delivers clear Overnight Summaries, Action Plans, Risk Calendars with outcome paths, curated news, and positioning insights to help you prepare for each trading session, saving you hours each day.

Information

The market throws hundreds of data points at you every morning, some are distinct events - economic announcements, one off news items, central bank speeches. There's ongoing geopolitical sagas (like Brexit, wars) that last months and that can spook the market at any time.

Then there's technical data about positioning and flows of funds. Jigsaw gathers this information on a daily basis, filters, curates, analyzes it for sentiment and matches it to your market. On any day, you'll know what's happened, what's likely to happen and how the day might play out.

Interpretation - What Does It All Mean?

Information is great but there are complex relationships between these events that may not be obvious without some knowledge of economics. The main reason most home traders stare at charts and "stay out before news" is they don't know what impact that news will have on their market.

Take Corn futures for instance. If there's disruption in oil supplies, the price of corn goes up. Corn is turned into Ethanol, Ethanol is added to Gasoline. Corn is also impacted by weather, especially early freezes that can ruin crops.

There's no need for you to learn any of this, we tell you what it means every day for your markets.

Situational Awareness

Information is power - if you know what to do with it. We give you an actionable game plan, yet this is not about changing the way you trade.

It's about improving your results with an additional layer of information that is very clear and easy to understand. But also, because it's so easy to understand, you'll start to learn these relationships just like the way you learn more about the characters in a Netflix show with every episode.

You'll know when risk is high, you'll understand commercial positioning, you'll know when a move is likely to be sustained.

It's not just a confidence booster, prop firms do this analysis daily to plan their days because it reduces their losses and maximises their profits.

And after all, isn't that why we are here?

Market Intelligence ALPHA

Alpha is built for traders who want to see the whole board, not just one piece. While Edge gets you ready to trade one specific market at a time, Alpha tracks 21 major markets at the exact same time. It scans the entire world to find where big institutional money is stuck, trapped, or getting forced out of their trades—giving you a massive heads-up on the biggest moves of the day before they even start.

A Bloomberg terminal costs $2,500 a month, and it still won’t give you what Alpha gives you. Why? Because Bloomberg just dumps a mountain of raw data on your desk and leaves you to figure it out. Alpha doesn't just give you the data—it actually interprets it for you, in plain English, so you can skip the economics degree and see exactly where the market is trapping people.

Choose Your Battlefield!

To win, you have to know where the actual money is moving. Alpha screens 21 major futures instruments and instantly categorizes them into Risk-On and Risk-Off buckets. Instead of wasting hours hunting across charts for a setup, you use this global dashboard view for one simple thing: to quickly select exactly which markets are active, alive, and worth trading today.

Professional managing exposure across different markets need to read the macro regime (aka big picture) before placing or adjusting any trades.

This cross market read - bonds vs currencies vs equities vs gold etc, is the kind of read that, on an institutional desk, is delivered verbally by the desk strategist before the open.

The Overview compresses that into a page that can be scanned in well under a minute.

The Big Picture (US-Iran Case Study)

Once you pick an active market, Alpha breaks down the real forces moving it. Take this exact snapshot from the morning progress on a US-Iran deal hit the wires. A normal price chart leaves you guessing, but Alpha interprets the data in real time.

Look at the gauges: News Sentiment and Market Sentiment are both bearish because of the headlines. But Alpha's proprietary Flow Sentiment gauge (based on market maker and institutional positioning) is pointing hard to the right, meaning institutional money has been buying oil aggressively due to shortages impact on Oil prices. So recent news against their positions makes it likely that at some point, they'll have to sell as oil supplies free up. The ride up is over!

Right below, our Geopolitical Risk tracker is tracking long term geopolitical events - think Brexit, GFC, Ukraine/Russia, USA/Iran, tarriffs etc.

What's interesting about the market is the inter-relationships. For example the system understands that when oil is hit, so is Corn - because we make ethanol from Corn and that get's added to Gasoline. But also, Corn can be impacted bu adverse weather events, like early frosts late in the season. This is all taken into account. It's smart enough to know that Iran oil supplies will impact European equities more than America's as America is less reliant on external supply.

Interpretation — Positioning Deep Dive

Alpha pulls back the curtain on commercial positioning in your market as well as the related options markets showing you where those institutional positions are sitting without overloading you with visual noise.

By breaking down complex options activity, open interest changes, and COT data, Alpha reads the smart money's playbook for you.

Commercial and Speculator positioning is provided graphically and so is option positioning. These participants both need to take profits and defend their positions.

Options levels are often defended but also options market makers often need to jump into the futures markets to maintain the spread they captured in the options market.

We show you where those levels are as well as 'Net GEX' and 'Gamma Flip', which help you understand if market makers are likely to be involved, prolonging moves.  When those market-makers have to hedge, it acts like rocket fuel, making market moves go much further and last much longer.

Risk Timeline, on the right, gives you a visual on news that is likely to impact that market.

The Payoff

When you can see that the headline news is a trap, that the big institutional flow is positioning the other way, and you know the exact levels where market-makers are forced to chase the move, trading stops being a guessing game.

But - you didn't have to learn a thing, we aren't here to fill your head with facts to decipher - so we give you both short summary descriptions of what it means and more details ones for the information junkies.

Alpha handles the massive data mining under the hood, but gives you the final answer in a clear, concise, plain-English morning summary. You stop fighting the smart money. You simply step out of the way of the retail news traps and ride the explosive waves created when trapped traders are forced to liquidate.

What it costs to know what we know

Service & Price The Blunt Reality
Jigsaw Market Intelligence
Tiers from $50 to $200 / month
The only complete morning playbook built entirely for futures traders. You get the whole picture—the overnight story, fund tracking, and exact trade levels—in a clean 5-minute read before the open. No guesswork left.
Bloomberg Terminal
$2,665 / month (2-Year Minimum Contract, $64,000)
A $64,000 data dump. It throws raw numbers on your screen but gives you zero interpretation. You still have to spend an hour every morning doing the manual tracking, math, and guesswork yourself.
SpotGamma
(Alpha / Insto)
$299 to $1,999 / month
Built strictly for stock and SPX options day traders. It tracks nothing natively for the actual futures complex—meaning it has zero native data for crude oil, gold, currencies, or grains.
MenthorQ (Premium)
~$129 / month
A decent options-only tool, but it only looks at gamma data. It completely ignores big fund positions, news tracking, and morning action plans, leaving you to piece the rest of your trading plan together alone.
Audio Squawks
(LiveSquawk / Newsquawk)
$350 to $399 / month
Purely real-time noise. Great for reacting to breaking headlines *during* the day, but completely useless for mapping out a strategic structural game plan before the market opens.
Stock Scanners
(Hammerstone / Benzinga Pro)
$197 to $329 / month
Purely for equity and stock traders. They carry zero native futures tracking, no institutional order flow metrics, and no morning pre-session execution frameworks.

FAQs

What is the difference between Market Intelligence Edge and Market Intelligence Alpha?
Both products now cover the full set of 21 major futures instruments.

Market Intelligence Edge delivers comprehensive daily briefings for all 21 instruments, including Overnight Summary, Action Plan, curated Related News, Risk Calendar with outcome paths, Scheduled Events, Key Levels, and Flows & Positioning narrative.

Market Intelligence Alpha includes everything in Edge plus the full structural depth: the cross-asset Overview Dashboard (Risk On vs Risk Off), sentiment gauges, geopolitical risk panel, price history charts, Key Metrics Strip, COT 12-week charts, and the complete options suite (Gamma Exposure with flip, GEX by Strike & Walls, 12-Week Options Positioning, and one-click daytradr level export).

Edge gives you excellent daily briefing intelligence across the entire futures complex. Alpha adds the advanced market-structure layers (dealer gamma, precise positioning trajectories, options walls, etc.) on top of those briefings.
Is this data real-time, and will it tell me exactly when to buy or sell?
No. This is a pre-session preparation workflow, not an intraday execution platform or an algorithmic alert system. The daily Action Plan frames the upcoming session's boundaries and pre-maps how the market is likely to behave based on key structural levels. It does not call trades for you. Execution and timing are entirely your job
Is Market Intellifence Based on Freely Available Data
COT Data is available on the CME website in text format but all other data, news, prices, options data comes from commercial feeds. The "curation" - or mapping items to market impact is done by us.
Is this options data just a generic proxy calculated from stock indices?
Absolutely not. Unlike generic retail platforms that try to guess futures levels using equity market options (like SPX proxies), Alpha pulls data straight from the source. The options mechanics, Net GEX curves, and volume walls are calculated natively from the actual futures options chains across all 21 macro instruments—including crude oil, gold, bonds, and grains.
What't the minimum amount of time I can sign up for?
You can sign up for as little as one month and cancel your subscription any time.
